KarDo is a Pakistan ride-hailing and quick-task marketplace. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.
We may collect account details, phone number, profile information, wallet/payment request records, job and ride activity, and support communication data required to operate cab rides, quick tasks, errands, delivery help, and local worker services.
We use data to provide marketplace matching, job and ride tracking, wallet operations, customer support, fraud prevention, cancellations/refunds handling, and driver verification workflows.
We only share operationally necessary information between customers and workers/drivers (for accepted bookings), and with payment or legal/compliance partners when required.
We apply access controls, verification checks, and platform safeguards. Data is retained as needed for service quality, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and abuse prevention.
